The condominium, in the $350 million development at the landmark intersection of Hollywood and Vine, has two bedrooms and 21/2 baths measuring 2,100 square feet. The purchase price was not available, but a comparable unit is listed at $2.1 million.


He will be among the first owners to move in when the West Hollywood Hotel & Residences opens inmid-January.

Amenities for the 143 residential units include concierge service, a rooftop fitness facility, residents-only rooftoplap pool, valet and self-parking and housekeeping services. The 15-story building has a restaurant, nightclub and shops as well as 305 hotel rooms.
