I'm using this theme:

The city says Los Angeles but I'm trying to change it.  I think I'm supposed to change it in the LockBackground.html page, but like I said, that page isn't editable for me.

Naw, the actual folders don't funtion, it's part of the wallpaper..The labels on the folders (and the eraser) are. I'm using simi folder widget
