at that goal

Jets just signed Blake Wheeler, I haven't really seen him play but I know he was in Boston before he got traded. Can any Bruins fans tell me anything about him?

you'll get a lot of negative reviews

but..i actually liked him. he worked hard imo...and if he can continue to work on using his size, he should be a 20-25 goal guy. he was beginning to use his size here and there this past season, but wasn't consistent. depending on the guys he's playing with, he could do just fine. it didn't help in boston with all the line juggling. i think he'll do well up there.

Ok, we'll see how he does here
The problem with getting the Thrashers is they were never on TV so I have no idea how good most of our players are

Apart from Ladd and Byfuglien during their time in Chicago and Rick Rypien when he played with the Moose I've never watched any of our players

Well hawk, Jets have a good young team. Players I like a lot are Kane, Burmistrov, Enstrom, and Bogosian. Kane is definitely getting better each season, and i hope he goes beast mode this year. Carl Klingberg might get a roster spot too. oooh. well then again not sure how his play will transfer to the Pros, loved him in juniors though

First of all any of you nhl people use twitter? the lack of nhl talk on my twitter is ridiculous and I need some people to talk to about it. haha my @ is in my signature.

Second of all, any local ny/brooklyn hockey players with broken sticks that they don't need or will ever use again? I am collecting sticks because I want to make a hockey stick chair and don't feel like buy sticks. Broken sticks will do. I will pick them up from you. Thanks

numberr97...adding you to twitter now.

@deadsetace for the rest of you

Holy freakin' @%*$, that goal was ridiculous. Dude had the marbles to do that on a breakaway, and it just cleared the top bar too.

I went to see the Horton and Cup in Dunnville, ON. It was a mad house, and the Cup arrived 5 hours late (I had long since left by then).

I'm wondering too.  They have been waiting on what type of contract Shea Weber is gonna get, to go off that, but idk.
Osgood... HOF?   IMO, yes, it's a no brainer.  What about you guys?

How do you feel about that Gingers? I'm on the fence. Did a decent job with a team rebuilding.

Agree with you on that.........way back when I played goalie he was my favorite goalie, great career for him.

I actually like it. I think with a talented team in comparison to Florida, he could do very well. Solid structure and a better team hopefully gets them back into the playoffs. BTW, Osgoods numbers scream HOF
