Dudes obviously played well that game. Everybody acting like they are the second coming or something. They will not play like that again in this series.

BOSTON – Nearly two dozen times, Lamar Odom(notes) repeated the phrase: “as a team.

he's been playing pretty bad in the fourth
- dead serious.
- playing bad in the fourth or not, im talking about his whole game in general. it just took this years playoffs to get me to see it.
- its rare to see an NBA player with such a fine tuned shot. the only players other than Kobe ive seen with it are Jordan and Garnett (his Minny days). its too bad Kobe is just now developing it. Jordan got it right around his 3rd championship (i think). i took him a litle bit to get it back and once he did it was 4,5,6.......
- truth be told, ive never really been into the whole who's better talk. but it took this game to get me to declare it, at least for the current players. ive always been more into who's game 'I' liked better.
That's what I'm saying. People like to ignore or flat out not admit that Nate is legitmate scorer in the NBA. I'd go as far to say given the guidance and self control he'd be in the same lane as Iverson. Most importantly, he's a very good jump shooter, only downfall is that he's a streaker player but that wouldn't be the case if he got more playing time. If Doc had let Nate play more regular season and made him the official backup pg it'd be pretty obvious that the Lakers do not have an answer for him. They already stretching their defensive players thin shutting down Paul and Ray and trying to prevent Rondo from going MVP status on them.Originally Posted by Super Producer J
Trust that Nate can and will play like that again. I can't say much for Davis, but Nate will bring energy and score some if given the opportunity.
U serious? Most casual fans probably are unaware of this stat. Anyways the game last night was one of the best playoff games I've ever seen. The Celtics have had so many guys contributing which is great to see. I don't think i've ever seen three key starters out of a game that long in a close 4th quarter.Originally Posted by VAHustler

As a Boston fan, i'm really happy with the performance yesterday. Despite this, Lakers in 6 or 7.. I can't see the Celtics winning at the Staples Center again.

Hell no. It's a cool stat, but it's nowhere near as meaningful as a perfect season.
