Can't get IG to work on browser but sounds like the Gio/GGG drama is just heating up.

Edit - here wo go ⬇️

I've heard he was offered to Real a few times and they weren't interested. Regardless, Real is not the correct move for Leao right now.

Been out of this thread for almost a month now. Came down with something (non-COVID) right before Thanksgiving that just floored me. Luckily my sleep schedule was so off I got to catch all the 2 and 5 AM games here on the West Coast.

Gutted that Brasil went out to Croatia the way they did, that Neymar goal was something else and would have been talked about forever had they won and then gone on to take this thing. Hoping one of these teams (preferably Argentina) can unseat France and win this thing.

Went back-to-back in Sunday league and probably getting promoted to the first division now. First full season back after all my knee injury complications. Finished with 2 goals, an assist and a clean sheet in very limited playing time.

WC has been wild and have really enjoyed it. Sucks that it is almost over. An event that can be so beautiful yet so cruel at the same time.

The Grant Wahl stuff hit me hard. Some of you may know that I consistently work in Soccer and I had the pleasure of meeting Grant at one point in my career and have colleagues who were close friends with him. So much negativity surrounding him the past couple of years with some of his non-soccer related takes, but the dude was a great journalist and only heard positive things about people who interacted with him in the profession. His recent Freddy Adu podcast was amazing.

If Arsenal ar really about to get João Félix. Good for them. They’re going all in, as they should.

those that watch the WC, is this guy actually any good? from what I've read he's looking like a a good shot stopper but has no ability to play out of the back

Hopefully it doesn't mean one or the other when considering Mudryk as our other target this January. Want them both. Stan's money is going further than ever in Europe, time for the Warchest (tm) to be unloaded.

The Grant Wahl tributes are completely true. I interned at SI for Seth Davis years ago and got to meet Grant a few times - I also met a close friend through the program who was interning for Grant. Most down to earth, easygoing guy who made sure everyone in the program was setup for long term success. Hit my boy really hard - sad to see.

Can we change Good Guy Greg to Bad Guy Greg. He's doing everything he can to get a contract extension even if it means sullying a young man's reputation.

rolaholic rolaholic Beans Beans LA Diggler LA Diggler ootherocoo ootherocoo is Rashford in your ideal forward group?
Out of all the forwards in the squad rn he's probably the only untouchable. Under Ten Hag he's been getting back into the form he was in before all those injuries which makes him a real asset and the coach definitely has belief in him which goes a long way.

Hoping he gets locked down long term soon because it would take a fortune to replace him with someone of a similar profile/age. Already gotta spend on a striker as it is.
