Yeah he’s in it on current form. Really depends on Sancho though. I would think at their best it would be Sancho, CF (Martial), Antony. Still a lot to be sorted with that front line but I see rashy in it forsure, just unsure of where his long term position is. Much like Rooney I feel like his utility has hindered him as he hasn’t really settled into one position.

listening to podcasts this morning and sounds like English press/fans are content with keeping southgate as they’ve seen progress. I guess they see one good game against France in which they still loss as a positive lmfaoooo ok

^ I've been seeing a lot of pundits saying he should stay on and a lot of comments are very positive on him as a manager.

I can only guess the reason he's so popular is because he employs football the way fans and pundits believe England should play.

This generation will most likely be wasted because FA/fans want the team to play in a specific way.

rolaholic rolaholic Beans Beans LA Diggler LA Diggler ootherocoo ootherocoo is Rashford in your ideal forward group?

Ideal forward group now? Yes. Ideal forward group in a season or two? Tough but I would say no. He’s a one trick pony, it’s a hell of a trick on form but I would prefer forwards who are portable and who have more to their game. It’ll be interesting to see what the front 3 looks like after a forward is signed in January.

You guys have Sancho, Antony, young guys who you heavily invested in. Diallo & Pellistri, another pair of young guys with a smaller investment. Garnacho who's definitely in the long term plans. Currently pursuing Gakpo or a 9? Elanga as your Lucas Vazquez. Martial is finally leaving.

Maybe take the opportunity to finally sell somebody for a good profit this summer with Rashford?

think a lot of things need to be addressed once we have competent owners.. I’m not gonna speculate much until that happens. Until then it seems the current owners are resolved to letting ten hag make all the decisions which is worrisome with no checks and balances (see spending 100 on antony)

While I like Gakpo.. I think he’s more of the same utility forward but doesn’t solve our 9 issue

no Spanish broadcasts for MLS?

LW
Rashford
Garnacho
Sancho

CF
Martial
Rashford

RW
Antony
Sancho
Elanga
Diallo
Pellistri

Elanga can go and I’m not sure how Diallo or Pellistri are going to break through now so if we can get good prices for them wouldn’t be too upset

Haven’t been impressed by Anthony at all, especially for that price. He has the technical skill but that’s about it. Hardly impressive numbers at Ajax either.

Not as a starter. Rashford is not as good as the media make him out to be, he's also not trash, but that's not his fault. If I'm running United, I would have sold him already.

He still lacks the decision making that would take him to the level the media believes him to be at, and I'm not sure he can learn that skill at his age.

Broja :emoji_worried:

Another injury blow to a young player

Wishing him a speedy recovery

Especially with the rams winning the Super Bowl and new stadium. They can’t take foot off the gas pedal now

Alvarez, Garnacho, Soule all progressing nicely at the same time for Argentina. Attack could be a level above most in 4 years.

Wonder where Sofyan Amrabat ends up, gonna be in high demand too after this run

He hit the grown running.. I think injuries and then this break haven’t helped but he offers us so much on the right. And we Deff suffered with him out the team

Definitely suffered without him as an effective outlet on the right after he picked up a knock before the break. He's really talented and his directness is a good asset to have but I think he'll need to work a bit more on his right foot to really take that next step.

He's great with his left but it would make him that much more dangerous and less predictable to defend becoming less one-footed. Outside of that I don't really have many complaints regarding him rn. His workrate has impressed me given how he was talked as more of a flair player than anything. Got a good motor and does his job helping out in defense when required without fuss.

Toronto, Boston and maybe NYC games will be a must for me that summer.

Arrowhead ahead of Soldier Field in Chicago is a weird choice, didn't know KC was big on footy like that.

I imagine they gonna have groups play in regions to make the travel not as crazy
