jesus was just reading about neuer and this is his 4th leg break/fracture across both legs. not counting his multiple foot breaks//injuries. i hope he recovers, but last time he fractured his other leg he was out for nearly a full 12 months and this was when he was many years younger. sad to see a legend go out this way, if thats how it goes, but he can only blame himself

I was just about to ask in the other thread if that was true. Crazy either way.

Looking past the miss, Kane wasn’t good
Wasn’t up to par but ever since he massively improved his playmaking abilities a few seasons ago, his role in the team has grown much more vital.
It seems Southgate has either directed him or given him free reign to both do his striker duties and also playmake, connect the midfield to the attack, ..

Fantastic first penalty, as is normally the case, then a second but horrible penalty miss I’ve never ever seen from him.

As expected Rash has tons of racist comments on his insta while Arrie Kane is getting supportive messages. 😂 You can’t make this up for how awful these fans are. Why these brothas continue to play for that squad is beyond me.

Yeah I was waiting for him to come back to the ball and connect play but it didn’t happen. Thought he would be on the ball a lot more today.

Saka has quite a few - as we spoke about nako xl nako xl

Just went over there and it’s disgusting for Saka too. Guys like Rash, Sterling, Bellingham and Saka need to leave those trash fans and their bum squad alone. Saka out there ballin out but he gets slurs. This is why I can’t stand England.

Disgusting - wish Meta would find a way to permanently ban this scum

People think I was joking pre tournament when I said Saka would get racially abused no matter what and here we are. I love footy and the EPL but I’m so sick of their superficial fight against racism. That entire Time Magazine profile was less about Saka and more about how “fans” cheered for him in an away game after the racial abuse. This makes me sick. It’s football man not life and these people are a joke and a disgrace.

How would this not be obvious to anyone?
In just about every country, the non-white (especially black) players face tons of racism no matter what they do. In varying degrees of course but sadly it's bound to happen no matter what.

It is obvious but those people want to pretend that the hate against those players is justified. Being in Belgium how much racial abuse has Lukaku gotten over the years?
