It seems the predictable route given Toriyama swerved with Gohan's path and did this superhero ****. A little strange he's bringing it back now but its a movie so w/e.

Bigger question is if they're using this movie as a launch pad to bring the anime back like they did with Battle of Gods. Cuz this Superhero movie is most likely canon.
