Looks like only 4 or 5 Footactions are getting the KO Pack according to Midwest Sole, they won't be on NDC either.
I also don see the Chicago KOs on NDC release calendar.
Still there according to the link I have.

The links we posted were for the Chicago's we were trying to figure out if they would be on NDC or not. The only info on the pack is Midwest Sole saying only 4/5 Footactions are getting them. No US RD yet.
Yea the link posted before mine says the Chicago's will be on ndc. The one I posted must be old.
