I've been paid on six class action suits for very similar (less obvious) ad schemes as this one. I have a message with the Nike CS rep stating (edit: where he states) that it is very misleading and that it doesn't state that it is FCFS. I'm a Marketing major and step-moms owns her own law firm...I do my homework before posting publicly. Wouldn't have stated it if it weren't true.

Not really, the leather on the 2013 are more plasticy than the new ones. I have a 9.5 in those and a 9.5 in the 2016, and the 2016 offer way more toe room.
