I've never heard that but I've never dealt with him. What I do is he is kind of an *** but I highly doubt he is scamming anybody. I would say any negative reviews would probably be from somebody that he pissed off (which is probably quite a few). I personally wouldn't hesitate to do business with him if I saw something I wanted.
