Those toe box look off. U less there is a reason for it. But these colors are underwhelming. Just bring back premium Nike ID options. Cause right now. All these upcoming releases are like "Kardashian" newest face. There a slight difference.

They reshaped the uppers for these SB's.
Shrunk the uppers down and sleeked out the toe box. Almost Dunk-ish to make them more skate-able.

I got them in the other day (caught them on a sneaker room sale). They are solid. I haven't worn mids in at least 15 years so it's really hard to say how they compare to the og pair. I think shape and quality wise they are what we expect in 2025 (which is not a knock the shape).

Grabbed them myself as well. Looks like sizes are starting to dry out. Don’t have a protro af1 so hopefully these are the same sizing as regular af1s. I usually size down on regular af1s but with protro Kobe’s, I size up. I also went for them triple blacks but cancelled and will catch them later on discount.
