I don't think there's been any like known line to get this many releases.
It's exploitive, but I'm not mad at it as long as Kobe's wife is cool with it I guess.
Sheed releases are pretty low, not counting PEs or samples I think there might be 10-15 pairs tops (and I might be overshooting on that).

I'm normally not sensitive to things like this, but I do think it's pretty cringe how Nike seems to be releasing so many pairs with the Kobe logo post mortem. And that's cool if his wife is all in etc etc and I'm happy for fans to be able to cop the gear that was never available while he was alive. Just doesn't really sit right with me.

They are very different; I like that Nike lets the kids be kids. And I love how each of these really tells a story and are very personal to each "designer".
But I do wish the Swoosh would apply a little more editorial pressure because a lot of these design elements are cool, but all together it just isn't wearable except as charity. And that's a shame because I think you could have taken these ideas and really produced something that reflected the kid's vision, but also would be in high demand. Or maybe would be in high demand because it tastefully reflected the imagination of a kid.
