When does your code expire? Will they let you use it the day of release though. Discount restrictions suck. Mine expires in 3 days sadly. Wanted to use it on the Rose 4.5 but they were excluded.

I got the WHITE CW, and must say they do fit snug.  Still, I got the same size as I did 8+ years ago or whatever it was.  I have yet to break them in, but recommend getting the upper range of your shoe size.  I would say, the same mold as the SBs, or AM90s.  The cushion, material just makes it snug.

I am very happy with these, and have started to break them in.  I'll proally pick up another pair, but for under - retail.  I just needed one in my hands, and was okay paying retail.  I just hope they bring the ICE BLUEs back.
