Orji might start vs USC next week for Michigan. I hope they just run the Ravens offense for him

I'm just amazed that the mission coaching staff saw these quarterbacks in the spring and thought to themselves "I feel comfortable going into season with this level of QB play". There weren't that many elite QBs in the transfer portal but Michigan is getting some of the worst QB play of any P4 team

GA won’t be dropped in the rankings for that, but it should be considered.

MS State should be relegated to the A10 or some ****.

My Canes handled business.

We played poorly but it went as a win. Every now and then you need to find a way to win ugly and I like the way you responded in the second half.

I'm more concerned about the injuries we are experiencing on the offensive and defensive lines than the results of this game. Thankfully we have a bye week and we should be able to get a couple of guys healthy.

If it’s not Orji at this point I’m ready to start giving Jaydn Davis a look and start playing for the future.

Lowkey I’m kind of hoping Mullings becomes RB1 soon too.

Mario Cristobal right now

I know it was UTSA, but Arch surprised the hell out of me. If Ewers doesn’t come back quick, he may not see the field again.

I thought I saw somewhere that Jaydn's parents want him to to redshirt and not play this year.

Even if that is the case, I’m sure that came with the assumption that it’d be in backup role. They might feel different if they name him the starter.

This could all be a moot point too if the NCAA starts giving everyone 5 years of eligibility, which seems like a possibility.

You want him to start vs us next week?

The Orji rumor may be true because the line moved a lot today.

No, but if next week Orji is a disaster, I want him to start getting a look.

Minnesota is not a bad game to ease a freshman into.

I also think some of it is his parents want him to get in the weight room this year so somewhat protective but with the new redshirt rules, I wouldn't mind him at least getting some late game snaps. Of course, we'd need to be in better positions to do that.
