Not to be that guy but Georgia really wasn't pushing hard for this kid. We're going to end up with three inside linebackers rated higher than him.
OSU, Bama and Texas were pushing. He’s damn good regardless.

 Add UGA, UF, Tennessee and everyone else who we’ve beat out for top guys too.

Legitimately may land:

-Olaus Alinen
-Samson Okunlola
-John Walker
-Joenel Aguero
- Malik Bryant
-Peyton Kirkland
- Tommy Kinsler

All before the end of the month :wow:

That's a very conservative list. I hope to see most of these names when we storm da Capitol again.

The fact that y'all are going to end up with Raylen Wilson and Todd Bowles in the same class is pretty ridiculous and I will be turning
Schumann in to the NCAA as soon as that comes to pass

No hate, but I think you guys could’ve made a much better hire tbh.

A good Big XII defense, and defense that is going to work in this conference are two different things.

Oh I agree. I wasn’t really impressed with the numbers and success he had there. Luckily I don’t think the defense can get THAT much worse but I said that two years ago (which is why I don’t think he has a lot of pressure year 1). Hopefully he can turn it around and make it decent. I understand teams are going to score with a quick hit offense like ours but good lord :{

He did REALLY well in the Big 12. Like top 3-5 defense in the country well, I think. But I agree with Bobby Layne Bobby Layne , what works vs. those pass heavy big 12 teams may not work with Penn State, Wisconsin, Michigan State, and Michigan and their better o lines and backs smashing into your face.

Your guys complained about the scheme being simple, and while that could be a problem in a playoff scenario when the athletic advantage is negated, I don’t think being simple and just letting your athletes play is the worst idea in the world when you can recruit like OSU does.

Your problem was coaching, watching OSU last season you could tell they had athletes. They just weren’t coached all that well, and were for a lack of a better word, soft.
