I made >$150k last year and haven’t filed for 2019. Ended up getting $800 LOL

Your last year salary doesn't matter since you didn't file for 2019. They used your 2018 filing to determine eligibility and its based on adjusted gross income, if you filed single or jointly, etc.

Like everyone else I was able to update my DD info this morning as well. I'm sure we'll see the money deposited within the next few weeks or so. I'm not checking that ish anymore. Rather wake up to a random deposit in my account.
