50 is hyperbole, but these iso scorers from the late 90s-mid 00s do have a valid point.

Given the fact that the pace of play has increased, good teams with shooters give iso players more room to operate and the lack of hand checking, I might say Paul Pierce would average 30 nowadays. Even in his prime, he was never a hyper-efficient player or particularly good three-point shooter.
