Lakers and Spurs fans like scorned women when it comes to Kawhi

How so? Please explain all several levels.

Kawhi was considering 3 teams in the Clippers, Lakers, and Raptors. He chose the worst scenario to succeed both short and long term.

As far as continuity/chemistry, culture, coaching and roster construction, guaranteed Finals trip, and ability to allow him to just be a basketball player and not have to be a leader...Raptors were a better choice. Off the court he could have had whatever he wanted as well, they were going to make him king of the city.

As far as overall talent, being close to home, roster construction, an organization that's proven to be a championship organization, a situation that would allow him to be just a basketball player and not have to be a leader as well maybe most importantly given his health be able to load manage as much as he wants. Off the court it's by far the best situation, there is no brand better than the Laker brand. It was a better choice.

What he did choose ultimately was uncertainty and being close to home. The Clippers have never had any type of sustained success. Nobody on the roster knows what it's like to be in a championship organization. Doc even before has underachieved far more than he's succeeded. He chose a crime partner who has no good track record either and maybe something he didn't take into account when he made his decision, his lead by example play style doesn't work with dudes who've never had success. We see all these stories coming out about chemistry issues now, but a few of us predicted these things to happen.

Of the 3 scenarios he chose the worst one.

That's enough Kawhi talk though.

He already has two rings, you think he cares about an organizations pedigree?  . He’s cemented his legacy already

Miami being the more physical team is the reason why they’ll win the series. Defense wins championships.

What does this even mean? He's been the best player on every team he's been on and he's been to the finals 10 times. Is he literally not supposed to have teammates that contribute? apparently having a good team around you is a knock on your legacy. We all know that Jordan single-handedly scored or assisted on every single bucket on all six championships. Literally had no teammates. Scottie was just standing in the corner

I swear these old dudes just need to go sit down someplace and be quiet.

 oh, so know you get it. The last 5 years has been an incubator for this type of foolish commentary. Specifically at KD/Steph. “Carry a team”. “Has to prove he can carry” etc. Nonsense.

About time it’s pointed at Bron. It’s STUPID, and I’ve been calling it out on here repeatedly.
