Lebron back then is still better then Giannis now but we gotta stop the constant dismissing of everyone of Lebrons teams in order to big him up. This **** isn't even exclusive to the Cavs, They've done it with the Heat teams, the second stint Cavs teams & they're doing it with the Lakers now.

This has always been my gripe with the way the media and fans of Bron paint this narrative. If you listen to them, Bron has never had good teammates and either they were washed or weren’t good before playing with Bron. See Kyrie, Dwade(already had a chip in the East as a #1 option), Chris Bosh, Kevin Love, etc. The Cavs won a lot of regular season games during that first Cleveland run only to lose in the playoffs. Trash teams don’t really have sustained regular season success as often as Cleveland did. The whole argument of “when he leaves a team look how bad they look without him” is not a strong argument either. Guys like Bron, Steph, Harden, are the system for the respective teams. If you move any one of those guys away from the roster, of course the remaining pieces will underperform.

Also the notion that LeBron has dominated the league for over a decade is not really accurate. How did you dominate when you not only lost more championships than you won, but you also watched multiple players acquire multiple rings during your so called dominance? He’s the best of his generation and he’s still playing at an extremely high level, but I call bulljive on the whole dominance narrative.

First and foremost, I wouldn't trade Giannis unless he explicitly says he's leaving. Secondly, what would a package for Giannis look like? The Clippers have already given up their picks for the next five or six years. Paul George and Trez? I'm not sure trading for those guys would work because they're both free agents soon. Would Milwaukee even want a package like that?

Turning Shai and Gallo into Paul George, Giannis, and Kawhi would be good but I don’t believe it

throw in The Forum and it's a done deal!
sign and trade involving trezl and third team
do clips even have picks left  jerry west going to hit them with the 2030-2050 draft picks

I guessed PG would have to be in the deal to make Milwaukee bite, no?

It depends on the circumstances. If this becomes an Anthony Davis situation where the entire league knows that he wants out, the Clippers may be able to play hardball and use their other assets. If not and Giannis isn't specifically asking out, Paul George would be the starting point for a trade. If I'm trading a 25-year-old two-time MVP, the least you can give me is Playoff P (although I'm not sure this would work because he's a free agent next summer as well, Milwaukee would need assurances he would resign which he probably wouldn't). Frankly, I just don't see a trade happening.

Paul George only has a year left on his contact (opt out). I have a hard time believing Milwaukee would accept a deal centered around him.
