I don't think he's done a bad job at all but coaches have been fired for just as successful stints due to their performance in the postseason

Never really thought he was a title winning kinda coach

Who else has been able to stretch out the good grace of winning one ring for this long besides Doc?

Doc Rivers is a good coach but whenever I see him listed as one of the best coaches in the league the rationale is always "He's a championship coach". I mean he is but so is Tye Lue.

At least Ty Lue caught the boot.

Refresh my memory wasn't Doc traded for pics or* something?

And he's been at the helm for some bad losses yet he's still held in such high regard.

I feel like Giannis NOT signing the super max or at least verbally agreeing to sign it, is a sign that he’s leaving in free agency.
By him not telling the bucks he’s staying, it puts his team at a disadvantage as they reconstruct the rest of their roster. If he is going to re-sign then why do that to your own team?

With that said, Bucks may just want to run it back next year and let him walk for nothing. Most likely the trade return won’t be anything near equal value, so they might as well go for the ring.

If the Bucks choose to run it back without any major changes, coaching or roster-wise, they're just asking for Giannis to leave. At the very least they need to make some major moves to show Giannis that they're serious about winning a championship and not just content with being a good regular season team.

If Giannis does start to give inclinations that he's leaving, they need to trade him ASAP. Yeah, they won't get equal value but getting an Anthony Davis type haul is light years better than getting nothing. At the very least they can get a young star or assets. This is Milwaukee, the only way they're getting a top player is via the draft or trade. If you honest walks out of that door they're going to be bad for the next decade

My god imagine Tatum in that Lakers jersey with Bron and AD.

Nah, I don't think so. Assuming we drafted Tatum instead of lonzo, the young core would have been Ingram, Tatum, Hart and Kuzma. I think we could have gotten away with just giving up Tatum Hart and a pick for AD instead of Zo, Hart and BI and 4 picks.

I highly doubt we would have given up Tatum, Ingram and Hart in an AD trade. The reason we had to give up so much for Anthony Davis was because Zo was an injury-prone scrub

Herro has shown more confidence in his game in the playoffs as a Rookie then we've seen from PG since the Pacers years
And this is why I’ll never count this bubble as the same as the past playoffs. These young guys playing with much less pressure in the bubble. No road games either

Not to mention same conditions every game same arena. No travel. Good to see guys put up numbers but it ain’t the same, and I’m a Donovan Mitchell and Luka fan too

He not staying and he isn't getting traded. This is going to go the same way Bron in 10' went, Bron in 14' went, KD in 16' went, KD in 19' went, Kyrie in 19', etc.
