Again your completely disregarding the current boom in FA Money & the Cap spike, borderline AS players make way more than they did in the past. Cap has expanded so far that most teams have two max slots. Secondly your correct in Kris Middleton/Tobias drawing more offers.... but it's not because they're in some different class, they're skill set is just much more valued than ever in todays NBA landscape. better Market value & contract signings does not = better talent or impact on a team.

As far as far as actual impact on the game nothing separates these kind of guys & they have had similar success playing next to a MVP player. Ya'll are again using recency bias and downplaying the seasons guys like Williams or Nelson had. These are every guys cumulative stats from their 4th to 8th years (happened to be where all three "broke out"

While the league definitely values Length & wings more than ever in this current era, We have to acknowledge the changes that have occurred in the game. And we also have to realize that in their specific era these kind of guards provided the same value as some of these wings do now.

In Todays Era maybe a Jameer or Mo wouldn't be as successful, but they were very valuable for good teams at their peak.

We had this conversation in here before & the recency bias is warping some of ya'll views on these players. For THAT era of ball & how teams were set up the players he had around him were up too par. Same with most of the opponents he faced up until the the Celtics big three.

Lebron back then is still better then Giannis now but we gotta stop the constant dismissing of everyone of Lebrons teams in order to big him up. This **** isn't even exclusive to the Cavs, They've done it with the Heat teams, the second stint Cavs teams & they're doing it with the Lakers now.

My bad playa
I was truly unaware
I’ll find something else going forward
This is a Celtics thing man, I can't let you keep stealing it like this.

Watching the playoffs, makes all the sense in the world why Morey went after Jimmy Butler last year. What was the rumor, four picks?
Just read over a couple articles from last summer. Looks like MDA and Morey were all-in on going small ball once last season wrapped up. Apparently had trades lined up for Gordon and Capela to create the space for Jimmy (with picks involved), and they were going to give him the full 4 year max, but he ghosted them in favor of being THE GUY in Miami (can't blame him for that obviously). Seems like plan was actually going to be for them to keep CP if they were able to get Butler.

Nah I'm talking about when Jimmy was trying to bail out of Minnesota to start the season. I think it was going to be Gordon, filler and picks.

Ah yeah. 4 first rounders and Brandon Knight and Marquese Chriss for salary matching.

Thibbs declined but yeah it was 4 draft picks. Could’ve had him before he was traded to philly.

The thought of Jimmy Butler watching James Harden in practice everyday working on his flailing   , Rachel Nichols would have had a crew set up by October.

free throw rate (FTr) is number of free throw attempts per field goal attempt.

harden's FTr this season was .528. his career high in 2016-2017 was .575.

Jimmy's FTr this season was .693. the only players ahead of him were Dwight Howard, Jaxon Hayes, and Rudy Gobert.

Have you watched Miami play at all this season?

Giving me Warnings and deleting my posts for shaming racist. darthska darthska when people say that NT don't care about black people, this is clear evidence. Are you going to delete this post as well?
No, and I haven't gone through this thread in a couple days, so I have no idea what posts you're talking about.

 Aite man.... i'm not having this same convo for the hundredth time. There's countless montages of him going to the basket with no intention of actually trying to complete the basket, solely looking for the foul.
