Olympic Melo changed how a lot of players and teams played, shame he himself couldn't adapt it once he touched the NBA court with other talents.

It’s not that he couldn’t adapt. It was that we didn’t have the players to allow it. He went from getting easy shots as the 3rd option to having to be the only player we had that could create his own shot. By the time he left, it was too late and he was too old. He had some good games for OKC and even Houston, but he was too slow at that point. He was always a guy that scored well when he was in rhythm. Kinda hard to do that when all of a sudden you have to be a catch and shoot player.
