What if he's Draymond with much higher upside?

I think you don't like him either though
I'm on that train of thinking he's overhyped too. The hype has been cringeworthy almost with the LeBron comparisons and what not. Definitely the #1 pick in this draft, but the dunks and social media hype has taken it to an unforeseen level.

kinda soft for sitting it out but i know there's so much behind the scenes **** involved here. this is classic movie script **** :smokin . ...

He's probably better off in some retro Bron's them ****s heavy as hell.

Sad to see though hope it's not serious.

Lmao I don't like Draymond cause he a *****, but he's a generational talent defensively. I respect his talent.

But Yo, that's crazy. I literally was just having this conversation. The only way Zion works for me is if he's Draymond Green level good defensively at protecting the rim. Zion's got quick feet, and he's shown himself to be extremely switchable onto guards and wings, but I'm not betting he gets to draymond level good and even so, does Draymond work w/o step/Klay and later KD?
He's significantly better at protecting the rim than Draymond was in college. That's for sure. I really do think he's going to be that type of defender. My opinion though.

Bron comparisons are dumb as hell. His feel for the game isn't remotely on the level of LeBron's.

Not that serious. You think I was hoping he did that ****?

I said that because y’all was talking #1 pick, dunk contest, etc etc when dude didn’t even play half his freshman season yet

Really sucks man but this the world we live in. I’ve seen this story too many times. Just gotta manage expectations
Yeah see you don’t like it when someone wish bad juju on you huh :lol

:eek :eek :rollin

He is far and away the best prospect in this draft I think, but he can't shoot, and has average skills with the ball in his hands, and he's a 6'6 center. Those are undoubtedly red flags to me that unless you see 1st team defense potential, I'd hate to have to draft him.

:wow: :wow:

Folk try to say he’s 6’8 lol

I'm almost certain Draymond wasn't close to the level of defender Zion is now, at 19. You may be right. I feel like Zion's potential to max out is on that end of the floor. If you think he's a 1st team type of defender and DPoy, then yeah I'd take him and he's undoubtedly the best prospect in the draft. He just scares me w/what he's not good at.

I like the comparisons of the fab 5 to this duke team. Rose and Webber are solid comps for RJ and Zion. Cam will be a solid role player.

I think he's a guy that can potentially guard all 5 positions at a high level. Not sure what his offensive game will end up being, but I feel like he'll be able to do a little bit of everything, and will be an asset to a team as like a 4th option on that side of the ball.

He's like a hybrid of Larry Johnson & Charles Barkley. The athleticism is something unseen before.

I don't think anything you said is farfetched, I could see it, the offensive stuff is just a little too much for me to overcome. We're talking about the #1 pick, who at 6'6 280 can't shoot, and has a basic package w/the ball. I'll say this: He's way more of a wildcard to me than what people suggest IMO. He's not a slam dunk prospect to me, not in a league where playmaking and guard play is almost everything.

I’m not worried about him spacing the floor next season. He can either play the roll man or dunker

I legit gotta see it. Like I've played around w/him being in the dunker spot, doing a lot of what John Collins is doing as a roller this year, and it could work. But I think he has some limitations w/the ball that's worrisome.

See I don’t think he’ll be handling the ball. He’s a 4/5. If the Bulls draft him, he’s going to eat next to Lauri and Otto, provided they get Boylen out the paint
