I've watched boxing for 30 yrs, and watched it pretty closely for 20 yrs. I don't recall ever questioning a fighter's integrity in fights -- I've questioned promoters, judges and sometimes refs, but never fighters.

I am absolutely calling bull**** on AJ's integrity in this fight. I'm calling this a total fix. Like a 1950s noir film fix. A Damon Runyon fix.

AJ just said he's playing the long game, not the short game. He absolutely threw this fight to get the Dallas rematch because he couldn't get Wilder. And his reaction with the "mandatory rematch clause" remark....

Holy crap, this was a complete fix....

You don't throw a fight against a guy who's diet (probably) consists of In-N-Out Burger and Jack in the Box.
