Check how much the nfl draft did ratings wise vs these other league playoffs and championship games

NBA regular season barely matters

And unless some major injury happens you already know what the outcome will be

NBA needs to cut the regular season down by at least 10 and probably 20 games.. and then cut at least 1 team from each conference for the playoffs, plus changing the first round back to 5 games series

Plus the officials are crap

Also with how things are currently structured, if you're not 1 of maybe 4 teams it makes zero actual sense to try and get better.. you are better off trading anything you got and trying to accumulate assets like Boston and philly did and when you have guys to build on, on rookie deals then go out and sign dudes
