Rose has been a good score first PG, but he's not what this team needs. This team needs a distributor and a leader.


A large part of our problems this year is because he doesnt play defense and everyone blows by him, and he makes NO ONE around him better.

Actually, The Knicks are better when Rose is on the floor. Teammates have actually shot the ball better WHEN he passes 

The Knicks average 111.2 points per 100 possessions when he is playing and 103.1 when he is on the bench. - NYTimes

that's because Rose is good at scoring the ball. Small wonder we score more when he's on the floor.

Thats shocking. I watched every game this season and I dont remember him setting up teammates for easy shots more than 2-3 times.

I think it's a combination of Horny plays and Rose doing it himself when needed.

Derrick flourishes when he has a better team defense around him. He was never really good at defense pre injury, but when surrounded with great team defensive players he had his moments of success, he would just blend in and come up with some big stops but it was tolerable. 

He would do very well in San Antonio, aside from the No Call No Show, hes never had an incident I can remember where he's been a nusance to a team or distraction. In large part the reason it became so strenious back at the crib was cause the BULLS leaked that **** about them wanting Rose back and he wasn't ready. He never did that. He's a team first guy, when they surrounded him with starting mates like Ronnie Brewer and Keith Bogans he never once complained, never once said he needed more talent and it was cause he said he's not a fan of throwing his teammates down those are his guys and hes riding with them. I think he would flourish in SAC in a winning culture + with a respectable coach like Pop, Pooh would be all ears and that pick & pop WHICH IS HIS BREAD AND BUTTER would be nutty to watch with LMA.
