That's true for about almost every contract signed at that age

It's the NBA, all that matters is the last few years of their prime and getting everything you can out of a player

I see zero issue with giving him 5 years because of the celtics don't do it, someone else will

You're spot on about someone giving it to him regardless.

I won't be distraught about having him longer term, probably just spoiled about the contract situations as they currently stand.

IT and Crowder are both on absolutely ridiculous deals right now. Bradley too, I believe.

GSW needs to trade

i
Dude fell off

Why you lurking our thread? 8o :lol

Occasionally I have to poke my head in and see what's going on. The Lakers and Knicks threads are two of the most lit threads on here. Dudes go straight at each other's necks a lot of the time. :lol

Peeps was going at my neck after some anti Melo stuff I was saying and two weeks later the whole thread is basically saying what I been saying.

Lol. Sigh

nobody play d

Pace has gone up astronomically over the last two years. Last time it was this high was 1992-93. Combine that with modern offensive philosophies (like shooting threes) and you're going to see some crazy stat lines.

It's almost as if moving the ball around and shooting threes leads to more points than ISO-ball. Crazy, I know.

Pace is nowhere near is high as it was just 10 years ago

Huh? We're at 96.2 poss/48 mins now compared to 91.9 ten years ago. He had it right, so far this year it's been the fastest we've seen since '93.

Center bringing the ball up & Draymond is the only one who tries to take it from him :lol I have no idea what Klay is doing there

At this point trade Melo to the clippers man.
Get a 3rd team involved and try to get 2 first rounders from someone . Full rebuild mode

Melo isn't the guy anymore, he has to be the sidekick.

He's on struggle without Kris, he's second fiddle and a damn good one as long as the competition isn't stiff
