Lord!

You just can't wait to pick things out and try to be condescending. Nobody in their right mind believes the Toronto Raptors are a contender. Obviously.

But the Raptors....are the Eastern Conference team that pundits and the media like to look at as a "sexy sleeper" in the East. Obviously, the real contenders always exists in the west. This Raptors team is just a circumstance of the Eastern Conference being terrible for the last 15 years.

Now we wait on a laughing face/rolling eyes/pretentious/condescending post

I see only one person in here who is thirsty to leave condecending comments. 8o

So thirsty in fact you need to invent strawmen, phantom media hordes hailing the raptors as the "sexy sleeps" so you can have a reason to **** on the raptors. :lol

Raptors aren't contenders, nobody thinks they are contenders, they aren't sleepers either, they made the ECF last year, they are the 2 seed, no one is sleeping on them.

If you want to **** on the raptors go ahead and do it, you don't need to invent reasons to do so. :lol

Litty.

Bari & Giannis are THE best young duo in the L.

MyPlayers

Next steps have been taken by these guys.

Bari playing exactly how I thought he could at the 4 in the league but is even more refined.

Scary what those two could become with more complementary pieces.

Giannis can be the best player in the world if he can just get close to league average from 3.

Facts.

I'm tripping at the sheer efficiency of Jabari and Giannis.

Like, Giannis shoots what, 52% from the field. Improved his FT shooting a ton.

Bari is damn near 50% from the field...and 40% from 3. This ***** improvement on the 3 this year's really opens **** up for Milwaukee.

When/If Giannis improves his 3 ball like Bari.....it's not eem going to be fair :lol.

Greg Monroe has seemed to embrace his roll on the bench. I like what I've seen from him lately. Hopefully, Bucs get that 2nd seed so they can "upset" Toronto.

Top 10 Lowry going to shoot 32% or something in that series :lol

giannis been getting it in on the defense end too

giannis been getting it in on the defense end too

Baris still not anywhere near an elite defender but the strides and effort hes
Put in on that end just shows his character and dedication to himself and his team. He was flat out terrible his first years

Bari will never be a good defender but he's already so good on offense it doesn't matter.

Nah it matters. Difference with him tho is he gives a ****. He could easily have that frame of mind but Im glad he doesnt. He wants to be successful at everything he does and puts in the work to get it.

George Karl would attribute Bari's work ethic to him having a prominent father figure growing up

osh kosh bosh osh kosh bosh So this is the year right? The best the team has ever been but right now can't beat Cleveland. This is the year where they need to swing for it and get a third guy and try and challenge Cleveland.

Right? Can they even get something that is enough? Or are they just spinning the wheel.

:rollin george is such a fool. As a life long bucks fan he nearly ruined my basketball childhood by trading ray allen for ******* gp. Only plus was getting desmond mason too and watching him throw down on a nightly basis was nice but nothing compares to ray ray.

LeBum is on a team with another superstar in Kyrie. Even when LeBum starts declining (which has yet to happen), Kyrie will take over and the Cavs will still be the only real title contenders in the East. Regardless of what other teams do, there will be no real Eastern Conference contenders in the East until LeBron hangs it up or Kyrie leaves Cleveland or both

Yup.

But Masai seems to risk averse to make it happen.

We need to trade for Paul Milsapp, otherwise what the hell is the point of this season?

if Lowry leaves this team might not make the playoffs next year, now is the time to maxmize your .1% chance of beating Cleveland.

I kinda feel him on it. Why do it if the outcome won't change and/or you lose a trade to get him.

With that said I think they need to do it. Who cares what the fallout is, gotta shoot the shot now. Best chance they've ever had. Cleveland is thin, playing their key guys more than they would like, Lowry and DeRozan are playing the best ball they've ever played. Gotta try and make it happen.

Realistically what could bet millsap? I'm assuming Ross has to be involved
Will probably have to be something centered around Ross, Sullinger (or Patterson), a young player (Poetl or Wright) and a first round draft pick or two. They have their own pick, and a Clippers pick.

but then again That seems like way too much for a dude who is a free agent.
