I don't think McCourt can take the MLB to court, they are within their rights to take over financial responsibilities, and I don't think the board of owners will back McCourt. 

He will take MLB to court, because that is what he does best.  Drag things out through litigation.

However, he will not win since all owners must sign an agreement not to sue MLB for whatever reason, and this falls under that.

Pujols is out of his *!+$*% mind if he thinks hes worth 10 years 300 mil.

The red sox and Yankees dont seem to be in consideration for pujols, but that drops his demand and price
The argument in his camp is that: "If ARod is worth $252 million, then I'm worth $XXX million".

The Dodgers are boycotting Deuce

[/h3]It's cool, I get it, his family has season tickets in the LFP, they go to every event but there is nothing exciting about seeing this kid gyrating in LFP during the middle of the 8th inning.  I'm glad they are not putting this kid on DV anymore, now if they could only kill "Don't Stop Believin'" and the bootleg Jonah Hill that lip syncs and plays air guitar.  Minute 16 has long passed on both of these characters.

it was bad at first but comparing years of Fox's ownership to Frank's and "records wise" not much has changed with the exception of one or two years....and the NL West sucking now.I'm not advocating for Fox by all means, hell I'd chose the O'Mally's back over them. 2 things need to happen for sure. Get a owner (or company with lots of money) and fire Ned.

Sadly, he doesn't get paid however our PR staff feeds hims a lot of info and invites him to press conferences and events.  They know he's "safe".

They see him as "free marketing".  I hit him up on twitter, but he thought I was just talking %*%*

Definitely, that's all I really use that blog for, pictures of the upcoming promos and so on.

I also use it to ruffle his audiences feathers in the comments section
