Where were you those years when Kobe and Lebron were tops statistically, yet was no closer to MVP than 3rd in votes? I agree that Wade's having a great season by carrying his garbage team to the playoffs but its been done before with Kobe and Lebron, while actually having better numbers (Kobe's 35, 5,4 & Lebron's 30,7,7). Precedent has been set that MVPs have at least 50 wins and be a division winner, but right now a 45 win season for Miami what they're hoping to reach. I think its really a 2-man race between Bron and Kobe with Bron on top for now.pretty much beinglast place to most likely having home court in the 1st round. And the last person who did do something like that, Nash, ended up winning the MVP.
