We really don't give a #!$* what Denver is doing.
Mez making great points about the ball movement with STAT on the floor without Melo. IMO, D'Antoni has sacrificed too much of his offensive style to cater to Melo. As great a player Melo is, I'm sure he can adapt. Just make quicker decisions really (like Clyde was saying last game). He has the ability to be a facilitator in the half court setting, so the 7 seconds or less in Melo's hands should be deadly.
It also doesn't help that we don't have nearly enough size up front & our pg situation glaringly in trouble. I'll continue to believe in this project though that is built for the immediate future.

The current offense is not a roster for a Mike "Antoni offense.
But losing makes you want to blame and point fingers, but in the end we see hard defense and good ball movement with the reserves and STAT in, and when Billups/Melo comes in its not existent. It looks good when those two make their shots, but when they don't it looks really awful.
Extra passes are hard to come by, we don't have a play making PG on this team which this team severely lacks along with some defense up front.
Props to TD for always playing hard even when he bricks everything, and Carter for being a pro out there.

Honestly, I know the team has to adjust and chemistry and all that pretty stuff, but how in the world can you bring ###@*%%%% back for another year? I mean, let's get serious, a team with Carmelo Anthony and Amare Stoudemire should not need more than a week to gel.

theres no excuses really... the knicks have 2 superstars but yet have a record below .500... you look at philly who has no superstars and are over .500... it just doesn't make sense... i don't want to hear chemistry as an excuse... there just no effort really... only when the knicks start losing they decide to play hard so they can play catch up then its too late... theres just no ball movement compared to before the losing streak

At this point though, we ARE a bad team.
That can change, but we are not a good "team" right now.
To expect the team to just flick a switch come playoff time is unrealistic, expect the up and down play for the rest of the way going into next season.
