I don't know about tired, could be since before the trade he was getting heavy minutes but I was wondering if it is the Melo thing. I don't understand though since if you watch the first 5 games since the trade Melo and Amar'e were scoring at a high rate and playing well together, and the offense was not getting slowed down much even in losses but once we lost to the Cavs the 2nd time it's like all of a sudden we got problems and have to work through "this" and are trying to figure "it" out.
I'm not liking these seemingly unnecessary offensive problems we're having.

I didn't know only Knicks fans dislike Miami, the whole country dislikes em'.
But as for the game, I saw some positives, but in the end the Magic did what they had to do down the stretch. We never had an answer for Dwight, nor does any team, and they played smart and ran everything through him.
Any team would have lost the game the way they executed down the stretch. It doesn't look good since the Knicks haven't been able to close out games during the last few games, and nor do the bad shots help, but Orlando just won this game plain and simple. It would be nice to see something positive heading in the playoffs, but this is a long term process and this team is better off with this trade.
Only been 16-17 games together with Billups out for half of it, and we have yet to put a consistent 48 minute effort. Consistency is the problem, and that can only develop over time when guys gets used to each other on the court.
....at least the band wagoners and/or loser wimp fans get exposed during losing streaks.

Probably the best game I've seen melo play as a knick. Didn't hold the ball much and was shAring. Plus he hardly whined.

I agree.... Stat is not THE man anymore the entire offense doesn't run through him like before the trade. I know he had over 20 FGA tonight, but he's just outta sync with his shot and movement on the court. As much as he explained that he knows its a team game and he will make adjustments to accommodate Melo but its a lot easier said than done.

I have no idea where this game went wrong. Beside shot not falling and billups occasional shot. In the first half the was moving the ball around they was clicking on all cylinders. Second half the ball movement stop and we know the story

Gallo was doing the SAME stuff after he came back from his injury. Attacking more and getting to the foul line, he worked on his drives and was getting more elevation BEFORE the trade... Karl hasn't done a damn thing so far.

Billups forcing those 3's in the 4th really did us in (along with Howard just being unstoppable). Amare being off today didn't help our situation much, either.

How am I spinning statements? Gallo hasn't been doing anything brand new or unseen, we just never let him run wild and design the gameplan around him because we wanted to win more than 20 games this season. I do agree that D'Antoni made him shoot too many 3's, but Gallo wasn't aggressive enough to just drive regardless and get the fouls.
Me quoting you is just a joke, A LOT of people on here do the same things... one minute it was "Felton is a bum stop chucking" to "thank God Ray was there to shoot that 3"... you can insert nearly every player and numerous people have done that all season.. "Billups
