Wait, didn't Melo "run" Lin out though? Whatever the case is, if we get Lin then it shows we aren't committed to winning, inconsistency and horrid defense, sounds like he'd fit here, but doesn't that set us back? I don't eem know why they'd entertain it other then Lin is still popular in Ny.

They entertain it because Dolan doesn't care who we get. As long as we look like we made an attempt to get better. Knicks are already a joke but getting Lin.....we would be the Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor of the NBA for life.

Man 703, if Dolan wanted to appear to be doing something then he should do the right thing and relegate Woody to assistant coach if he is bent on not firing him and get a competent head coach. Lin better than is pretty funny, too funny.
