Same here. My crazy self is looking for a 2nd part time job on top that has steadier hours. I'm gonna try for a house in August. No sense paying rent for an appt in this state how high it is compared to how to the housing market is now. It's a good time to buy
There are definatly alot of benefits to owning a home but get ready for the never ending hustle of keeping your home in shape especially is its in this area where most homes are like 50+ years old. It never ends.
owning your own home, while it has its benefits, i feel that it doesnt have the same appeal that it used to have
Yea I'm not tryin to get anything too old. Too new is up there though. There's a few foreclosures in my area I'm keeping an eye on so hopefully. Atleast I have family that does construction and I know a lil. Unfortunate thing is I have to stay in my town that has kinda high taxes to be eligible for civil service in law or fire dept here. Lot of jobs gonna be opening up within a few yearsMaaaan listen! I'm playing in poo today because my tenants toilet cracked. Plumber wanted 650 and I told him to kicks rocks. Next project is the garage roof, or should I say planned project because as you said, with an old house it's always something...smh. Still tryna cop the shooting stars tho LOL
