There are many different types of meditation, but the kind that I have the most success at is focusing on one very subtle thing. When I'm at home, I usually use the hum of my computer fan to block out everything else. I have pretty bad anxiety, so meditation helps a lot. I definitely suggest you do a little research and try different methods. Meditation has helped with my anxiety/ stress a lot.Originally Posted by FOG
