I like this thread and love the answers more, yea I usually see the situation thru thought and see how serious it is and take time to think or busy my mind until I can eventually come to find solutions to deal with it

Rearrange and refocus. Try to figure out what's bugging me, make a mental list, figure out how to deal with each problem and attack. My mind can get cluttered when I have a lot to do/worry about so it helps to take a step back and reset

There are many different types of meditation, but the kind that I have the most success at is focusing on one very subtle thing. When I'm at home, I usually use the hum of my computer fan to block out everything else. I have pretty bad anxiety, so meditation helps a lot. I definitely suggest you do a little research and try different methods. Meditation has helped with my anxiety/ stress a lot.
