diff levels of PCT, like if you ran solo you could get away with an OTC (over the counter) pct not any SERMS or AI needed. yea anyways PM me i dont wanna feel like im cheating you, its a choice you gotta make not me.

I'm getting closer to my goal of 12-13% body fat. I love food too much to go much lower than that :lol

EC will work much better down the road when youre tighter not now especially if you dont do any cardio

HIIT three times a week. Once on my off days and once before leg and back days
 
What are some things you guys do with liquid eggs/egg whites?

Typically before I take my pre gym nap I`ll have 1 cup of egg whites and 2 tbsp of Newmans Salsa, sometimes I`ll throw some tuna and cheese in it depending on how much fat and protein I've had in the day.
 
I'd never wanna look that big... I enjoy fitting into my clothes lol

lol, If I ever competed I would probably have to do physique because I`m not getting OD huge where I can only wear Rocawear Polos and Dad Jeans like majority of these body builders.
