How long should I wait to lift again?

Can I at least do legs tomorrow?

Can you wrap it in like Plastic wrap and put like an iverson or neoprene sleeve on top to keep moisture away

I would wait 2 days before physical activity.

Don't wear a compression sleeve or anything, that'll hurt the healing process of the tatt.

Just be sure to shower ASAP and be thorough when you clean it.
 
The main issue w that is that tattoos have to "breathe"

Lol I had darts the night after and the struggle to throw was real

Today I'm not tight but I don't wanna risk ink blotchjng

I'm gonna do some cardio and maybe a leg routine tomorrow

Oh gotcha I don't have tatts so I was literally free styling that response. Good luck.

What Supps you guys running currently? The appetite suppression for my EC has worn off, might take a week off soon

For those that do not enjoy cardio

I do not like Knowingly exercising :lol
But I love playing pick up bSketball, rugby, or paddling
The best option to me is someone who u have great conversation with
And then you can hike, jog, run, or just walk all over town
Like midnight said , hours will have passed before you noticed
And u just did 2-3 hours of cardio :hat
 
I haven't been to the gym since my last update.. Smh I have to do better
 
Just do some roids if you want to gain muscle and burn fat. Lol for everything else it's calories in vs out

not for nothing lucky it take time man, cals in vs out is true but we all got diff metabolic rates etc an you were technically obese, you ever get bloods done?

i mean EC is cool i guess but if you know exactly where youre at its easier to fine tune, even with natty supplementation

unless you plan on doing gear or pro hormones your not just gonna be shredded by summer (dunno if that is even your goal?), look how far youve come though

i dont wanna put anyting in your head but there are some mild things out there if you want help that really wont wreck havoc on your body thatll help better than EC

they still require pct

anything worth a damn requires PCT, remember that

diff levels of PCT, like if you ran solo you could get away with an OTC (over the counter) pct not any SERMS or AI needed. yea anyways PM me i dont wanna feel like im cheating you, its a choice you gotta make not me.
