Goin to the casino tonight, usually just stick to dice (craps) and roulette. What game do you think you have the best odds of at winning?

I play live Texas Hold em. NL I'll play either 1/3 or 2/5.

I think this is BY FAR the EASIEST game to win money in. (assuming you're halfway decent in Hold 'Em)

The majority of the time you got old, rich flunkies who think they know how to play, but end up giving away all their money.

Everytime I've gone, I've at least pocketed 700-800 from sitting down a couple hours with a buy in of 60-100.

Blackjack. It's a proven fact that you have the 2nd best odds best odds at beating thehouse with Blackjack.

Edit: Good call, Concordflightschool. Totally forgot about craps.

maybe you should consider just doing that every day? lol

lets say you average 500 a day over a month, 14 K a month ain't bad at all. that's about 168 a year. i know it would never work out that way but

Where do you play at? There is a casino about 30 minutes from my place and the biggest morons play there. I'm talking about reraising preflop with 3-9os and catching. I played twice just to see if this is how it always was and the same fools where playing the same way. The second time I was down and once Igot even, I cashed out and bounced with the quickness.

But I play roulette, blackjack and limit/no limit hold em. I would love to play omaha :nerd:b but a lot of places don't really offer it.

When you guys play roulette how do you usually bet? I went to a casino yesterday for my first time (21st Bday

) and lost bout 60 bucks on roulette while my buddy won about 60. Do you guys just go withone thing everytime or switch it up alot?

I gotta play no limit Holdem. People don't know what they're doing most of the times. They be trying to be sneaky and cover they cards on top of theirhands and then a minute later they putting it up to their eyeballs just to see they have 5-9 offsuit.

I stick to Blackjack - I've had free trips to Vegas with a few hundred in profit over the past 4 or 5 times I've been to Vegas.

EDIT:

A funny thing happened last time I was in Vegas - I was down $200 bucks when I stumbled on WAR at the Paris casino ... I walked away up $300.

Hold Em is hard at the casino, unless you start at an opening table. At my casino the max buy in was 100, you have people who have been playing all day whohave at least 500 in chips, so you get there and are REAL small stacked, which makes it hard. Last time I went I was under the impression max buy in was still100, changed to 500, so unless you start of big, its hard.

I used to think of stuff like that. Quit my job and play poker for a living! Haha but naaa...I always am in the green when I play live, but it's justsomething I can't do everyday. Sitting down for hours tryna stay on top of your game wears you out mentally. (You make one slip up and it could you yourstack. I've lost 300-400 in a hand alone before)

As for the dude who asked where I play, I play at Viejas outside San Diego.

I swear you catch the most reeeeeckless players ever. You got dudes with big wallets who roll through and will drop a college kids tuition just to try to win.But when you have kids who are decent, it's all milking from there.

only 19.. so i only go to morongo. and "craps" there = flipping two cards instead of rolling dice

so i'll pass on that until i'm old enough for vegas.
but i'm mainly on the blackjack tables. mainly min 10/15. sometimes 25.
and i'm starting to get into 3 card poker.. but i suck

and hold em is once in a blue moon. i don't like gambling against other people sometimes.
i.e. hit and run
