For those that are still in the struggle is real. I am still in....no nothing for 20 straight days. The girl I am cool with came over yesterday and i told her about no fap november. She thought it was hilarious and had no idea why anyone would do that. So in attempt to break my will she started to take her clothes off. I have my iron gym up. I call it my anitmasturbationstation. Beyond that, I've actually been trying to catch up in various aspect of life that I've let myself fall behind in (school and finances). As for the literal, "in the moment" type boredom I'll play a video game to keep my hands occupied or try to watch YouTube vids on alternative thinking. But usually by the time I'm done a few sets of pull-ups, the urge is very faint. I was hoping this experiment would help me clean up more, but I'm still very "disorganized."
