This is really tough to answer. It's too easy to be biased.
Since 70% of American adults are either overweight or obese... and given that I would say less than 1 in 3 women have a pretty face.. the number can be no higher than 10%.

IMHO I believe that 5 out of 10 is an average woman. I consider 7 or above good looking. So about 30% of the population is above average.
