You are an example of why the upcoming subprime auto bubble is coming.
Nowhere near housing, but something to be reckoned with none the less.
You have had an economy that has been rebounding and people have been buying cars like crazy these past 2 years but that has come at a cost.
Tier C D and E credits have had payment remorse set in. 30 day derogs on the rise eventually becoming repos. Tier A and B have been coming due for leases from 2012 and 2013, car values drop.
Relevant to your situation, you have to judge want vs need. You don't need a truck, I have two kids and drive a four door car, why? I would rather have more disposable income elsewhere. Your thinking of what you could be financing instead, so it's not the payment that bothers you, it's what your paying for.
Gap won't cover your voluntary surrender, and insurance fraud or even the mention of it probably would go well for your government clearance.
I'll be honest with you, if you absolutely can not deal with paying for this car and it bothers you that much, rent the car out via a car sharing service or find someone for a long term lease from you.
cat dropped damn near $40k on a Kia with zero down and a 7 year loan.
You can't make this **** up. People are dumb stupid when it comes to money.
Nah I'm thinking about putting it in neutral and kicking it into the lake. Gotta leave a few valuable in there (id cards, drivers license etc) so it doesnt seem too fishy/intentional
good stuffI'm not about that insurance fraud life. Outside of speeding, I'm clean as a whistle and intend to keep it that way
isnt it a requirement to have the car under full coverage thorughout the whole loan?
op u good
i took full coverage off my dart bank found out n taxed me
13 Dart Rallye = 282 bi weekly

And I reading that right?
technically but i got away with payin just liability for almost a year

Since u the lease gawd I got a question, can u throw the tints on the whip if u least or u can't make ANY changes? Thinking bout grabbing something new but can't ride around in a fish bowlThis is why lease>
OP, looks like you going to learn the hard way on this one.
We all been there.
I never forgive Steezy for the time he took me to his slime ball dealership cat...
Don't let this **** hit your credit.
Did you agree to those terms because you wanted to be on the + side of cars value or because you liked the car?
Keep grinding.
And next time get that lease.
Virginia, speeding over a certain amount is considered reckless driving and comes with different consequences than a speeding ticket (anything over 80). Doesn't even make sense to get that whip that hauls *** when you can never haul ***.
