It's a tear away bag. You tear the top and can zip lock it, just like you would a food package.

Unless some of the bags were damaged or maybe they lost track of colors/sizes themselves it doesn't make sense.

Yeah but the tape is above the tear away part and there are no seal marks around there. My pair I haven’t opened have the tape and the zipper and rip away corner underneath the tape. I haven’t seen one image or video of the top sealed without tape. I’m just asking someone to post it if it exists(I assume it doesn’t and Nike just sealed the top with tape since all 3 of my pairs came with tape)

Was hoping for something with purple or yellow to make a Lakers themed one. But ended up with the clippers.
Attempted to make a colorway instead.
Kinda dig the wear away look but my OCD is saying fully paint the panels

Love the idea. So the swoosh has its own diff wearaway color? Or you painted this yourself? I was so close to doing a PI cw back in the Mike ID days

I think the swoosh is just white. I tried removing it to see but there was nothing under. So had to paint it.

I've had two pair, and neither had tape or holes. It's like a food package.

My pairs from FTL, ShoePalace, SNKRS had no tape. I haven't looked closely at the factory ID's, but I'm guessing the difference was either by factory or by batch where they decided for/against the tape at some points.

Not sure what it really accomplishes.
