Nike LeBron 18 *First Look*

not wearing the FUGLY 18s ????

We know how this is going to turn out. Lebron's going to wear the 18's, the 8's and I wouldn't be surprised if we see the 7's again at some point this season

😂
Can only wish. Oneness is down to 20% off for the time being...18’s still excluded but looks like they’re getting the Laker 8’s...which will also be excluded from any sale smh

Zoomed in and those look interesting. Already had the melons, now we get the pink grapefruits.

Just reinforces the shoe is not for guards. Took me a while to realize how Nike seems to work their shoe lines. You pick the person that plays like you but also has a foot like you, and then go with their shoes. Brons are best for bigger players. Kyries are good for guards but your foot gotta be tiny. KDs are for bigger guys with narrow feet. It's not that simple, but generally that's been the case for me. I love the support Lebrons have, but as a guard I sacrifice a lot of quickness playing in them. The Freak 1s worked for me, but the cushion means I sacrifice a lot of lack of pain playing in them  The 34s worked for me, and I guess given the people it was done for - Tatum, Rui, Zion, showed it was a mix of what was needed. I'm just rambling here now, so I guess it's on to waiting for the lows of these.

Pretty much. I definitely alter my play based on what I'm wearing.

If I was playing for high level competition i would be trying to find my shoe and stick with it. But as a casual user these days I honestly like having the different options and catering my play to them. You could view this as limiting oneself but it's also helped with my versatility, putting myself in different playstyles.
