Where are you located? A lot of footlockers didn’t get these in. I heard not a single footlocker in Arizona got them either.

I love Nike but to be completely honest there was running shoe companies using Peba foam for marathon shoes in 2005. Nike just labeled it “ZoomX” and added a ton of Peba foam and tried to label it innovative.
To go even further…Tensile Air/Zoom air was first introduced in a Reebok running shoe in 1989. The shoe was called Reebok Pump Graphite..This shoe had an inflated zoom bag that when you pumped it was like a zoom air bag and it allowed you to release pressure to make it responsive or less firm…..Nike just eliminated the pump and labeled it “Zoom air”

Wow it’s been at least 15 years since Nike made a decent Signatue Shoe. The Book 2 is a huge step back from the 1. Terrible shoe. Nike keeps messing up their basketball division. Please PROTRO THE zoom 2k5 huarache, zoom ultra flight, zoom bb, zoom flight 2k3.

They feel better on feet than the 1. That zoom bag being moved to the fore foot def makes a difference. Once broken in they’re clouds on feet.

Fit isn’t as 1:1 like the 1s (still solid fit/lockdown though) and they definitely feel stiff at first. Went TTS (12) on these as well. I’m sure they’ll break in just fine, I’ll get to balling in my pair soon once I wear them in a few more times and I’ll report back.
