Eli probably finishes because of two reasons.

1. Daniel Jones is garbage and hurt, no reason to rush him back from a 4-8 week injury. They rushed back Saquon and he looked like **** for weeks.

2. Ticket sales are low as hell, people would like to see Eli one last time so he brings some excitement.
