My "hope" is they spend their 160+ Mil in cap outstandingly well.
Then after getting Tua in Top 5, nail their other 10-12 picks.
Then in 21 nail their first 4 picks again.

At that point they have a deep roster, AND their Top 5 QB (or a rookie deal)
