I'm not sure if its a good or bad thing about RG III bulking up.
It hindered Tebow's running ability
plus the added stress on his knee
Yep thats what I was thinking but it could added "armor" too

I wouldn't worry about the added weight if he's building mass in his legs via squats, deadlifts, cleans, and such, but most of that muscle is probably on the upperbody given he was rehabbing his knee after surgery. That's where I think the added weight can come back to hurt him. I wouldn't be worried if it were from strengthening the legs and muscles around the knee.
4-3.
Irony is they have a lot of pieces to play a 3-4, so we could be seeing some switching back and forth maybe. But their base is 4-3.

That's why I didn't get the Jordan pick.. Have him and wake as 3-4 ends would be beautiful..
So do y'all play Jordan at DE or as a SAM?

I think 6'6 250 is plently big enough to play Defensive End in todays NFL, especially if you have a scheme where your ends play wide 5s and 9s
Ben added 10-15 lbs after his first year or two as well
Not quite muscle though
thats different though, Big Ben had the frame to do it, dudes like 6'5 and was 220+ comin in regardless
I'm already tired of the RG3 coverage.
i wonder if the ******** co-signed this or he just went out and did it on his own.
et's keep things in perspective: This is just a step in the process
We can speculate all we want, but there simply is no way of knowing if RG3 is moving too fast without talking to the doctors and trainers. After what happened in the playoff game, we can assume that the ******** organization will be very cautious in its approach to clearing him to play.
In any rehab, there is going to be a first time the player gets back on the field. Every time a player has a day of activity in rehab, he gets evaluated the next day to see how he feels and to see if there are any setbacks. This is just a step in the process, but it does keep in line with everything that has been said about RG3 being ahead of schedule on his rehab.

I posted this in the Skins thread, but since there are a lot of fans of his, why not post it here as well?....here's 31 minutes of Sean Taylor - via Grantland
