wont be 25 until may.. yeaaa i'm cool
tooo much receiver talent out there

kids have taken the hint that running backs have  shorter careers and arent valued.

larry fitzgerald and megatron getting paid quarterback money

people making rap songs about ocho cinco and giving him reality

tv shows years and years after he's last been relavent...all while most

of us wouldnt even recognize alfred morris if he walked right by us

look at this years combine , all the best athletes that would been running backs

are becoming receivers......theres more receiver talent out there then

theres ever been and the second tier guys arent gonna be as sought after

so what do you think the colts should offer?

have you seen what he's been playing with? All things considered he's been pretty damn good. He has all the tools, and the mechanics, but no receivers, facing 8 man fronts, and a terrible defense.

i guess I can give you that.

but good players just make it work ie: Andrew Luck/RG3. Aside from Wayne.. who's old as hell now.. I don't see any star WR on either of those two respectable teams either. Just one year, I know.. but I do think the Rams made some improvements last year to help 'em out. Fisher's working this offseason too, so we'll see how he does.

youre not a rams fan, unfortunately I am.

8 man fronts? that should make it easier for him to throw.

He's very lucky he doesnt play in a huge media hub.

2 out of 3 yrs completion % in the 50s.

from PFF in November:

Traditional completion percentage is calculated by taking completions and dividing it by attempts. The problem with this simple formula is that not all incompletions are representative of a quarterback's accuracy. Drops, throwaways, batted passes, spikes, and plays where the quarterback is hit while throwing are all incompletions that have no bearing on accuracy. So what we here at PFF did was treat those drops like completions and then take away all those other plays from attempts to give a quarterback's true Accuracy Percentage. The final equation looks like this:

PFF Acc. % = (Completions + Drops) / (Attempts - Throw Aways - Spikes - Batted Passes - Hit As Thrown)

Bradford : 69%

Bradford did not make the cut among their top ten quarterbacks for accuracy percentage
His receivers have only dropped nine passes. Only one quarterback in the top ten has had to deal with fewer drops.
Bradford has thrown just one interception when pressured, but is completing just 43.8 percent of his passes on 48 attempts

i meant in regard to kids with the bodytype to play running back (5'8''-6'2'') (190-230)

you can throw in defensive backs in there too i suppose but the days of walter payton, emmit smith,oj simpson ,

bo jackson are LOOOOOOOOOOONG GONE kids dont wanna play running back because no adult in their right mind

is gonna tell the best athlete on his team to play the position with the shortest shelf life on top of the fact that wide receivers are

getting way more endorsements than runningbacks...which is the number one things younger kids look at.

most of us played bout 2-4 different positions in pop warner which is why i say corner/safety too but running back

aint what it was 12 years ago

suburuban moms dont want dem injuries

hood moms only see the $$$$

guys like chris johnson,c.j spiller, adrian peterson, reggie bush are all mid in their mid to late twenties and looked up

to marshall faulk, emmit smith and terrelle davis......these guys went and won or went to multiple superbowls

they where major parts of superbowl winning teams.

greg jennings aint play but maybe 4 games last year but old spice got him on everybody's damb tv

with them commercials

look at what matt forte does for his team , literally was the entire offense in 2011 and got rewarded

with less money than mike wallace , somebody nobody considers a top 10 receiver in the NFL.

chris johnon and maurice jones drew holding out for months so they can may less than DWYANE FREAKING BOWE

Naw, I saw what you were getting at I just don't see the examples. Aside from maybe Tavon (who played RB in HS) who in this class fits that bill?

I agree w/ WR's moving to CB but I don't know of many RB type players/body types who are moving to WR.

Do Rodgers new deal NAOOOOOOOO!!!
rodgers on a contact year?

brb 54 tubs 2 picks

10 years 200 million
His 08 extension expires after this year... Hes said he's fine with waiting until this one runs out and then signing a "final" contract, playing it out and retiring.

I'd just rather have them throw the money his way right now and get it over with.

turns 30 this december.

using my extensive wikipedia research i'd figure something in the ballpark

of 7 year 144 mill

they gonna draft eddie lacy and convert to a running team this year
laugh.gif

but just give him a blank check and let him fill it out....that guy hits

the open market and its the decision on roids
