I hope no game today will be a blowout, because I think these are the most interesting conference championship matchups in a looong time.

hopefully this guy is at his buddy's house:

For example, Peyton hand picked his team, was at the helm of the greatest offense ever , broke all types of records, everyones SB favorites; now if he fails to make it to the SB AGAIN, it has no affect on his legacy? IMO if Peyton loses this game today he is a huge donkey.

If Tom loses this game today then its just another year with no SB and more ammo for the Spygate types.

This game will definitely affect how i look at these two QBs. Thats just me though.

Surely you jest ?

IMO this has huge implications for these dudes' careers. This is why they play the game. Im sure both Tom and Peyton would agree.

Are they not already 1st ballot locks?

Are they not gonna go down as the undeniable two best of their generation?

Arguable 2 of top 5-7?

Have they not broken numerous records after records?

Wins after wins? Division titles, mvps, Super Bowl rings?

This will just be the 10th layer on an already 9 layer cake.

Y'all ****** greedy and unappreciative.

Lmao if Peyton loses he's a donkey?

And the only people who bring spygate to the reason why the pats haven't one since are the some of the biggest sports idiots.

So if they go on and lose the SB then what?

They still gotta win the ring.

i woke up so early with anticipation this morning that i'm bound to nap out five minutes before gametime

Agreed but winning your conference is a huge accomplishment. SB appearances matter. Peyton been in the league damn near two decades and only has one ring. Its just not good enough for the amount of slurpage he recieves. IF he loses today , it is an epic FAILURE of a season. Peyton agrees with me, im sure.

wont all this brady vs. manning talk be a moot point when one of them loses to the NFCC winner in two weeks?

Its not even Brady vs Manning, its the idea that this game means nothing to their respective legacies. It means a lot.

And i expect the AFC to win the SB.

Totally agree; if Peyton beats Brady and wins the SB then he leapfrogs Brady IMO

Probably 1-2 and two anyway but they are still changeable

if neither of them wins a ring this year, today's game has no implication on their legacies. the fact that brady "owns" PM in the playoffs yet this is still a debate points to the fact that regardless of the outcome today, there's never gonna be an agreement on who has the greater legacy
